高成,男,中共党员,工学博士,教授、博士生导师,佐治亚理工国产精品 访问学者。现为国产精品 水务工程研究所所长。主要从事城市水安全及生态水系统方面的研究。 主持水利部重大科技项目、国家重点研发计划项目专题、国家自然科学基金项目、新疆维吾尔自治区重点研发项目课题、江苏省水利科技项目等研究课题10余项,承担各类社会服务类项目40余项;发表核心及以上相关论文60余篇,其中 SCI 检索30余篇;授权发明专利7 项,软件著作权3项;第一作者完成专著2部,其中《滨江城市排涝模型》获得水利部《水利科技专著译著出版项目》资助。担任中国环境科学学会生态环境修复专业委员会委员、中国水利学会减灾专业委员会青年委员、江苏省工程师学会生态环境专业委员会委员、《中国防汛抗旱》青年编委、《人民珠江》特约编委,Journal of Hydrology、Journal of Hydrology: Regional Studies、Journal of Environmental Management等 SCI 期刊以及国内知名行业期刊《水科学进展》审稿人。
